Long term commitment in which ITbriefcase works with your management team and technical team (can be in-house or outsourced) to define objectives, align business goals and the underlying technology, oversee the technical team and report back to management in the language they are accustomed to speaking. Most economical option and the one with the greatest benefits due to the long-term nature of the engagement. Minimum package to qualify – 10 hours/month for 3 months.
Project-Specific/Project Management
Examples include identifying an application/strategy/weak area and evaluating possible solutions. We will work with the specialist firms to implement and oversee integration to the larger, IT network
Hourly
Project/Task specific – can be review of a contract, review of a proposed solution or design, work plan or approach. Can be contracted on a Retainer basis or with a package of hours.
